Morpurgo Classic Comes to Life

Forms III and IV were lucky enough this term to watch their class book, ‘The Butterfly Lion’ by Michael Morpurgo, come to life on stage at Llandudno’s  Venue Cymru.  This inspiring tale of enduring friendship transported the children from the African veldt to the battlefields of First World War France, as they followed the adventures of Bertie and the White Lion.  ‘The Butterfly Lion’ is one of the various Michael Morpurgo books enjoyed by many of our classes during class reading sessions.
